1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using DETOX ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Use of the Application

DETOX provides local device media management, duplicate photo identification, and video compression tools for personal use on iOS devices.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

DETOX offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit).

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Media & Data Handling

You retain full ownership and control over your photos and videos. DETOX acts solely as an on-device utility and is not responsible for any items manually deleted by the user.
